Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
Our pricing is based on scope and complexity of your property's management needs, which will be assessed during our onboarding conversation and a property walkthrough.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
Once we determine that our service is a good fit for your needs, we will schedule at time to meet you and see the property in person. Following the property walkthrough we will provide a proposal and sample contract for our ongoing service.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
Wright Realty Group is a licensed real estate broker in the state of New York. Kevin Wright also holds a NY certification as a General Real Estate Appraiser. The company is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the NY State Association of Realtors, the Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors, and the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY). We are fully licensed and insured.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
Kevin Wright began his real estate career as a landlord and homeowner before branching out into third party property management for Condo/Coop HOA's and landlords needing professional expertise and oversight of their properties.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
We love working with small scale landlords, investors, and homeowners!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
During the onboarding process at one of our managed condo buildings a number of needs surfaced, including multiple building systems that were not functioning after years of neglect. We were able to help the HOA modernize their systems, installing a state of the art video intercom, IP security camera system, and energy efficient lighting throughout.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
It's best to hire a property manager who can be a trusted resource in a variety of categories - the work regularly entails financial management, oversight of contractors and vendors, real estate market understanding, negotiations, and legal interfacing.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
It's important to know how involved you want to be as a landlord or board. Do you want to keep paying your own bills, managing your own maintenance, etc.. Share these expectations with a potential property manager and make sure they can tailor their service to a package that you are comfortable with and not overpaying for.
