Introduction

Our Mission is to assist people in improving and enriching their lives through the ownership of a home that supports their life, goals and dreams. As a leader of the Lubinsky Team, I have made it my mission to develop a team of agents that are truly dedicated to helping others and being involved in the community. Over the last four years, I have chaired the Youth exhibit for the Westerville Music and Arts Festival, giving young artists a chance to exhibit their work and gain recognition in the community. I also volunteer with Help Portrait, providing family portraits to those who could otherwise not afford such a luxury. I understand the value of family and we treat each of our clients as our own family. Our team is consistently ranked as a Chairman’s Club RE/MAX producer and has been serving Central Ohio for over 25 Years. We are A+ Accredited with the BBB and have closed 1000's of transactions. If you are buying a home, we have a vast understanding of the mechanical systems, structural systems, renovations, and construction practices. Add to that a strong understanding of the Central Ohio market. Not only will you have a great negotiator in your court, you will have peace of mind knowing up front what the home's pitfalls could potentially be. If you are considering listing your home, keep in mind, we have our own professional photographer and a strong relationship with one of the best staging companies in Central Ohio. This means you will get the absolute best presentation of your home, sell quickly, and sell for more. We are Ready to help. The smile on our clients' faces at closing is the most rewarding thing. Whether buying a first home a dream home, downsizing, or selling their home to move to elsewhere, it is a wonderful feeling that we helped make it happen.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
My father started in Real Estate when I was just a young man. I grew up around it, but didn't initially understand the benefit to others. I went on to become a professional commercial photographer with major clients such as: The Limited, DSW, Cardinal Health, Chase Bank, Huntington Bank, etc. It was a fun job and got to meet some great people and shoot some huge campaigns, a photographer's dream. After nearly 15 years as a photographer, I realized I wasn't truly helping anyone. As one of my mentors said early on, "we create landfill." In a sense, that was true. Our photos were meant to be used for a certain period and then disposed. I found through this process, though, that I wanted to make a difference in people's lives. Some of the greatest moments in photography were when I photographed real people and sometimes their struggles. Through volunteer and commissioned work with Habitat for Humanity, The Furrey Foundation, Help Portrait, and Ohio WillowWood, I learned the deeper feeling of self-fulfillment. When seeking a career that I could do that would give me the same fulfillment from helping others, I didn't have to look far. For as long as I can remember, I would get stopped by people talking about my father and what it meant to them that he helped them purchase their first home, second home, or dream home. They were always so grateful for the guidance and often kept in touch with him as friends. Today, I carry that torch and my team has been carefully selected to follow the same footsteps.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What am I trying to accomplish? If you are unsure about your direction, a real estate agent can help sort it out as well. Sometimes, purchasing or selling isn't the best option and we aren't afraid to tell you.
