What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

For buyers looking to purchase a home, the cost of using a real estate agent is paid by the seller. Buyers do not pay the commission to the agent. I work for you and represent your best interests in the transaction. For sellers, the real estate commissions are typically 6% of the sales price, 3% to the selling agent and 3% to the buying agent.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Meeting face-to-face is important for a decision as big as the purchase or sale of your home. I can send you houses that meet the requirements you are looking for and then when you are ready to go see houses, give me a call! My background is in customer service. Through years of helping my clients achieve their goals, I use the skills I’ve learned throughout my career to build relationships and negotiate the transaction on your behalf.

Most real estate transactions can be completed in 30 days or less. I work on your schedule and we will keep looking and touring houses until we find your perfect HOME!
