What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I do not charge buyers side to show properties or to purchase a property with my help. I am paid by the sellers at closing.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I go over the steps to property buying/ selling and walk them through everything throughout the entire process. They never have to worry about what they should be doing. I handle things with the title company, lender, other side (Buyer/Sellers Agent), and negotiations. I also schedule showings, open houses, closings, inspections and appraisals. I make sure documents, inspections, appraisals and closings are scheduled within required timeframes.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a high school diploma, a banking certificate and, of course, a real estate license. Before I became a real estate agent, I worked as a loan officer and owned my own cleaning and photography businesses for years. I learned a lot and have taken something valuable from each.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I wanted to be a real estate agent, since I was a kid.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Residential and Vacant Land buyers and sellers.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

It's not a specific project but I am always fond of making new friends along the way while doing real estate.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure you hire someone patient and willing to give you the time you deserve. If they don't call you back or answer their phone now, this could be a huge problem in the middle of a sale.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Buyers- Do you charge a broker fee? Do you have time to help me? (You don't want an agent too busy to help you and you miss out on your dream home.) How many years of experience do you have? Do you have other agents that can help if I can't reach you? Sellers- What is your commission? Do you have time to help me? (Are they going to be unresponsive and too busy and lose you a sell?) What advertising do you do to get my home sold? How long have you been a real estate agent? Do you have other agents that can help if I can't reach you?
