We've designed our pricing to be straightforward and easy to understand. No hidden fees or up charges, not even on maintenance. Our full service residential property management fee structure provides an incentive for us to work hard for you.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have an MBA from Oklahoma Christian University, am a licensed Real Estate Agent in the State of Oklahoma, member of Oklahoma City Metropolitan Association of Realtors, as well as member of National Association of Residential Property Managers. I have been investing in rental properties in OK since my college days.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My first experience with investment property began right after graduating OSU back in the early 1990's. That is were I learned some hard lessons but also grew my passion for residential real estate.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with all levels of investors from the single property owner to the multi unit portfolio investor.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Shop around. Ask probing questions about the property manager, and get to know the person. So much of this business is about trust and integrity. Its important that feel comfortable with the PM and trust they will be putting your interests first when managing one of your most valuable assets.
