What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I offer services in selling a home, purchasing a home, leasing out a property, property management, and renting as a tenant. The fees and costs of each service vary depending on what you're looking for! I'll be happy to talk with you about to determine if the services we provide would be a good fit for you!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I’d love to email you some information to answer your initial questions. Then we can chat some more, meet for coffee, or dive right into paperwork! It’s up to you on your comfort level.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have previous management and sales experience in a retail setting and I have a business degree from Slippery Rock University. I am always taking classes in various subjects of my industry to learn new things, stay sharp on the "basics", and figure out new and better ways to help my clients!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I was a manager at New York and Company and enjoyed working with people! So I transitioned into Real Estate and it’s my full time job! I also have some relatives who work in/have been very successful in Real Estate- whether it's through actually holding a licence, flipping homes, or holding investment properties.

What types of customers have you worked with?

All levels of experience! Whether you are shopping for your first apartment, picking up another investment, or downsizing from a large home!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Collaborating with Q Development on a historic property in Allegheny West. It’s a gorgeous home and the owners of Q are amazing to work with! The entire property is about 8500 square feet and 8 total bedrooms. I have leased out the main and carriage homes for the owners, and they also engage in using our property management company for the day-to-day operations.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

It's always great to work with someone you trust. BUT, don't always go with someone just because that's who "your parents used" or "who you've always worked with". Don't hesitate to interview agents, ask questions, and see who might be the right fit for you!
