Our prices are below market. We are a smaller property management company that focuses primarily on Berks County, PA. We have low overhead and pass the savings on to our property owners. We leverage technology for tenant accounting and work orders. We are a full service property management company. We can tailor make a solution for any property management situation.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Meet at property for market assessment and review condition of the property. Conduct on-line market assessment of rental rates.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

BS Finance- Penn State. MBA management- St. Joseph's Philadelphia 20 years in real estate!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We started as an owner/investor. Friends and other property owners asked us for help with managing their properties.

Residential rentals, student rentals, commercial properties.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Meet your property manager face to face. Talk about expectations. Communication is the key to tenant and owner relations.
