What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We work off of commission. If you are a buyer, my services are free of charge to you, as the seller is responsible for paying my fee. If you are a seller, we can discuss when we meet. I’m very reasonable for the quality of service I offer. The value I add to your home sale via expert marketing, negotiation, and all around service will be enough to cover my fee. I only get paid once we close and I assume all upfront expenses. The risk is all mine.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Initially we will chat over the phone and schedule a time to meet and discuss your specific goals. At our meeting we will take an in-depth look at your goals and I will give you a detailed analysis of the current market conditions. After we discuss your goals and the market data for your area, we will create a custom plan to execute your goal. If you are a seller, I will show you our proven marketing system and I will explain how we sell your home for 18% more than our competitors. We will discuss our HGTV home staging, our professional photography, and other resources we use to maximize your profit. We sell over $150 Million in Real Estate each year. If you are buying a home, we will meet my office and discuss your specific needs, wants, and wishes. We will take a detailed look at the market and hyper focus on the area you choose. We will look at real time inventory lists on our big screen tv to narrow your search and find some options. Next, I will schedule private tours of each home that meets your needs. My main goal is to make the entire buying/selling process stress free, educational, and professional. I look forward to working with you.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I grew up in Charleston the Charleston area and graduated from Wando High School. After high school, I went to the Collage of Charleston to study business and history. After college, I went to The Real Estate School of Charleston to obtain my real estate license.

When hiring an agent, ask: What is your annual production each year? This will help you decider a great agent from a good agent, and a good agent from a part time agent. There are many agents out there who only sell a couple of homes each year. You want someone who is full time with a proven track record.
