What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I usually charge by the job for cleaning. We can talk about other services when we meet.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I can meet them at their home or we can also meet out for lunch or coffee or have a phone appointment.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been working with home owners for 25 years in some way regarding work on their homes. I have helped them connect to contractors. Cleaning their homes and helping them list their homes for sale. I also recommend decorating/staging and organization tips at no extra charge.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started by flyering neighborhoods and my own neighborhood.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with all types of clients.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I gave advice on organization of an entire home for someone as well as cleaned that home and painted it. It was a great experience and took a few weeks to complete. The home was transformed.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would look for a pleasant person who can take direction and who is flexible with their pricing and scheduling. Do exactly what you want and can also give helpful ideas and suggestions to make things easier.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Have in mind the end result. Express what you want the professional to do and give a time frame if possible.
