I offer a Military Discount. If I represent you as a Buyer, you do not pay my commission! If you are a Seller, The Commission is split between me and a Buyer's Agent! Call me, let's talk!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I treat everyone like Family! I will walk you through the entire process whatever that may be. First Time Home Buyer, Military Transfer, Needing to Sell Fast, Investor etc...

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Typically, most transactions take a month once they are in Contract. Every Situation is different and Unique. My favorite Transaction was Helping a Vietnam Veteran age of 84, be able to better his quality of life by helping find a new home, and we also helped him get items needed for his house for wheelchair accessibility.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Talk with them. get to know them and the process.

If you are a buyer, know your credit score, and be able to go through the Process of getting preapproved! Depending on your circumstance, I can guide you to the correct people to help!
