Policies:
AMS invoices are due within 7 days and ask that all subcontractor fees are paid within 3 days of receipt:
I offer a 3 day grace period of $25 - $20/day thereafter.
Failure to pay will unfortunately result in halting the project but will resume once payment is complete.
AMS Consulting & Design handles all purchasing:
I require a credit card on file and funding to be supplied prior to ordering. This protects both parties and allows for complete transparency with purchasing both furnishings and materials.
Project waivers must be signed prior to start date.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Interior Decorating/Staging:
To accurately quote a design project, an in-home visit is required. I do, however, offer a complimentary 30 minute phone call as a 'meet and greet' and to learn my clients' initial concerns. The consultation includes an outline of the project, budget, timeline and the level of services needed (number of rooms, staging rental property, furnishing a turn-key investment, revamping a home to sell, decluttering and organizing, etc.). I will then email a detailed outline of what we discussed with the attached quote. I work very closely with my clients to turn their vision into a reality and to ensure quality service from start to finish, however, many of my past clients are long distance and prefer to be left out of the details. In this circumstance, periodic meetings can be arranged at the homeowners' convenience, but must take place in a time-appropriate manner.

Interior Services + Real Estate:
As a real estate advisor, I'm happy to assist in the buying and/or selling of your home. Many homeowners hire professionals to prepare their property for the open market (light remodeling, decluttering, staging, preparing home for professional photography) - and often comes highly recommended for creating the most appeal amongst high competition. This service is, of course, greatly discounted in the event that I list your home for sale (see waiver on my website for more details).
New clients are invited to meet at our local Engel & Völkers office in Green Hills.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
My favorite property is the vacation home listed on my profile - this was/is my largest solo project to date with 8 bedroom, 10 bathroom, 2 kitchens, 1 massive rooftop terrace. A true undertaking where I selected EVERY item. From the windows, to the hardware, to the siding + all paint colors, tiles, furnishing, linens, decor, etc. Total time was 6 months. The owners wanted a property that would appeal to investors, meaning: low maintenance, durable enough to withstand commercial tourism, sleek without appearing boring and a design that accommodated large families and their children. Best headache I've ever had and I can truly say I'm very proud of how it turned it out.
