We begin the a deep analysis of your needs and wants. With a deeper understanding of your needs we are able to customize your service and ensure you experience exceptional service. Then we set out a plan, strategy and timeline to achieve your individual goals.

*I specialize in Listing Homes & Luxury Homes - Our listings sell for our the market value in less time than your neighbor... *I specialize in Investment Properties, Off-Market Properties, Flips, Short Term Rentals (airbnb, vrbo, booking, furnished finder, etc.), Mid Term Rentals, etc. *I specialize in Buying BELOW Market Value, providing instant equity and excellent investment position.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

God had a plan bigger than my own... I thought I was getting into real estate to flip properties and after only 30 days of being licensed I realized that God had a better plan for me. He knew the desires of my heart and brought the people that needed the most help right to me (These families were desperate to sell their home yet after 2 years on market it still wasn't sold.) I was equip me with the marketing skills and expert knowledge to sell their homes when no one else could. This first one sold in only 28 days after being on the market for over 2 years. I then ran with it and rose to the top of my market within the first 6 months. I am blessed to be able to help so many amazing families buy, sell, or invest in their future!
