What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our booking process is super simple. You can get your quote over the phone, or online through our website. We'll gather up all the information needed in order to accommodate all your moving needs and provide the most accurate estimate possible. We will provide support, and be available to answer any questions on the days leading up to the move.
On the day of your move, your experienced movers will arrive in a big 26ft truck fully stocked with blankets, shrink-wrap, and everything we need to move you.
They'll start by conducting a walk through of your home with you, and receive any special requests before starting the move. They'll then go over the contract, and collect any signatures needed before the start time is entered into the company tablet.
Then they'll lay out door covers and floor runners to protect the high traffic areas and start wrapping and disassembling furniture items needed to be wrapped and disassembled.
Once everything is loaded in the truck, they'll conduct another walkthrough with you to ensure that no items have been left behind.
At the unload location, Your movers will will set everything in the appropriate rooms, and reassemble everything that was previously disassembled
Once your move is complete, Your movers will enter the stop time on the tablet, the price is calculated automatically through our system, and payment can be collected right through the tablet.
Hurray! Another successful move completed

Meaning your movers will have the skills needed to pack and load your precious belongings like TetrisPros, resulting in minimal to no damage during transport. We rarely have damages occur
How did you get started doing this type of work?
From our early days of detailing cars, and running a lawn care company, we learned the importance of providing an amazing service, scheduling jobs properly to prevent cancelations and or rescheduling, always showing up on time, and providing good customer service in the event of a mishap. In that time, we grew a passion for helping people, and when we got into the moving industry, we appreciated how our customers were always so thankful and appreciative, so we stuck with the moving industry from there on out.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Having been in the industry for multiple years now, we've seen and done it all. Three day office moves, Full home junk removal jobs, Week long out-of-state moves, 4 day full service packing and moving jobs, apartment moves going up over 6 flights of stairs due to the elevator being down, there's nothing we haven't seen and can't handle.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
In a recent project we completed, the customer stated her last move took 2.5 days to complete with 3 movers. We moved her entire two story home in only 8 hours with 3 movers. We love out-doing the competition!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Moving is already stressful enough as it is so our advice would be to stay away from any moving company that could add to the stress. There are a lot of horrible moving companies out there so we suggest reading the reviews and only hiring a company rated 4.8 stars and above. Anything below that in our opinion is not worth the risk regardless of how good the price may sound.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Here are some important questions customers should consider asking moving companies while getting a quote.
1) What size trucks do you have? For larger moves, you'll save money when only one trip is needed rather than two. With that in mind, booking a company with big 26ft box trucks would be the more cost effective option.
2) Are you licensed and insured? You want to have the peace of mind that you'll be covered if something goes wrong.
3) Do you hire contract workers? There's a lot of companies out there that contract out work to small contractors. The problem with this is in the event something goes wrong, who's going to take responsibility?
4) What protective equipment will you provide for my home and furniture? Here at PackPro Movers, we’ll provide protective equipment such as floor runners to protect high traffic areas, door covers to protect entryways, and furniture pads to protect your furniture while being transported at no additional cost to you.
Will you be able to disassemble/reassemble my furniture? Be weary of companies that charge extra for unhooking/re-hooking appliances, and disassembling/reassembling furniture items. We provide this service to our customers at no additional cost
