What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Typical realtor fees. 6% if Listing. 3% to me, 3% to the buyers agent. If you need help buying a home getting a realtor great because majority of the time, the listing agent brokerage pays the buyers agent. No cost to you to get help buying.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I ask a lot of questions in the beginning to make sure I know exactly what you are looking for and the time frame. I educated and inform as much as possible. Once all paperwork is taken care of and depending on what you need done, we get started listing or looking for a property. Once the buyer or property wanted is found, I walk you through the steps of buying and selling to make sure everything is handled correctly and that you are getting exactly what you wanted!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Bachelors & Masters degree, real estate license as well as continuous training.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I sparked an interest in real estate investing when I got out of college, which caused me to get my real estate license to help others buy and sell.

I’ve worked with investors and normal home buyers and sellers.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Sold a home in Comanche, TX. My clients owned the land around the home, so they threw in an extra 15 acres. We got a survey a new property and it sold in no time. It took about 45 days total from start to closing.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Take your time searching. Find someone who will take your property as serious as you do as well someone who will work in your best interests.
