We are a flat fee broker for listing properties for sale.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Our process begins with a consultation to help us understand your needs and goals. We then guide you through the entire process of assisting you with purchasing or selling your home.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

With over 20 years of experience, we are required as licensed professionals to complete continuing education regularly to stay up to date with market knowledge, law changes, and strategies to help us remain competitive.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started as a leasing specialist for a 360-unit apartment complex right after college and later transitioned into sales, where I've excelled every year.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Buyers, Sellers, Investors.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Have a list of questions to ask. This helps you qualify the professional. Look for someone that specialises in your type of sale. Experience helps but if they have a good team behind them that speaks volumes.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

How long have you been in the business? Do you have references or reviews? Is this your full-time job? Can you tell us a success story about one of your past transactions? Can you tell us a scenario where things didn't go so well and what did you do to work it out?
