Introduction

As a real estate professional, I believe in the principle of honest, hard work with a spirit of excellence in everything I do. Do you have a standard pricing system for your service? If so, please share the details here. I am willing to discuss pricing with you but what is most important to me is YOU and your needs. When listing a home for sale, I conform to industry pricing. However, I will negotiate a reduced commission if the seller allows me to help with their new purchase. I want the process to be stress free and fun throughout the time. I love people! As a Christian, I believe in the principle to do unto others as I would have them do to me. Text or call and we can meet for coffee.

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
No we don't have a complicated pricing system. I will negotiate with you for the listing percentage, and if I help you purchase a home it will be less.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
My work partner and I have a first visit with you. We share a market evaluation for the value of their home. Then we suggest things we can do to increase the possibility of a better price. The first visit includes a game plan.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
Master Certified Negotiation Expert; Staging Expert; 32 years of experience.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I have always had an eye for design. Even as a young adult. And then when I got my real estate license, I found myself suggesting to the sellers (many times those who had previously been unable to sell) where to move furniture, what to pack away, walls to paint, cabinets to clean, driveways and sidewalks to pressure wash. It works! Your budget may not be able to afford doing some of these things, de-cluttering and unique furniture placement many times will be just enough!

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
Empty nesters; Seniors; single men; single women; Married families and those with children and need a structure to all they have. Me and my team offer FULL SERVICE to our clients, unlike the TV ads that boast low flat fees....and give low, flat service. They list and forget! We don't do that!!!!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
I'm proud of all of them because we give 100% to each. One family recently had suffered a devastating blow. The husband went instantly blind, leaving the wife to provide for the family. It took us 1.5 weeks to choose the least expensive updates (because they needed a lot of help and the home was 35 years old) but we replaced the original almond laminate countertops in the kitchen for granite; painted walls, tiled the backsplash; pressure washed driveway and sidewalks; moved LOADS OF FURNITURE. We offered free help since the husband was unable to do it. Had professional photos taken, which we do on every listing, and the home sold $4000 above list price in 2 hours with multiple offers. (and yes, it was because the home was so beautiful, not because we underpriced the home). The family was so blessed because they were under so much stress with the immediate blindness of a family member.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Follow your instincts. If you don't sense a connection with the Realtor, choose another. My skill is to serve you with the expert training and years of experience I have. I want this to be fun, not stressful. One of my FREE gifts to you is to prepare your home, by staging, if you need or want it, which increases the value and reduced time on the market.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
The majority of Realtors work very hard for their clients. Our team does the same. The questions might be, what is your commission? What is the approximate costs of closing costs? Do you feel we need to stage the home? If we move out, can you still sell our home? What price do you think my home will sell for? What are the negatives and how can we correct them? How long will it take to sell?
