What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We will set up a consultation to go over the buying and selling process, discuss your needs, and answer any questions. Then we will sign a representation agreement that lays out the responsibilities of both parties.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have completed all state and national courses and passed my state and national exam to obtain my Real Estate License. I take continuing education classes to renew my license, and take additional classes monthly to stay informed and up to date on all aspects of Real Estate.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

After selling my first home, I realized how Real Estate can build wealth and give families more security. I want to help people experience that same sense of accomplishment and stability. Whether it's finding the perfect home, making a smart investment, or navigating the selling process, I am passionate about guiding others toward opportunities that build a brighter future and create lasting financial freedom.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I've worked with a wide variety of clients, including first-time homebuyers, couples looking to downsize, individuals searching for their dream homes, those relocating from out of state or even internationally, and people who may not yet qualify but are committed to working together to achieve their goals.
