If you are a real estate seller then pricing will vary depending on the situation. If you are a real estate buyer then usually you will get free representation and you will not have to pay a fee for this service.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We will have a conversation over the phone and then set up a meeting at your home or my office.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a bachelors of Finance and Entrepreneurship from the university of Houston. I was licensed to sell real estate in Texas in 2011 and have taken many specialized real estate classes since then.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I was offered to be mentored in the industry by a top producing real estate agent.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with all types of customers from all over the world. I welcome anyone who would like me to help them in their real estate transaction.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I sell homes all the time so I can give many. A recent couple I helped sell their home and buy a new home without having to double move. All within a short time.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would advise you hire a real estate agent who is full time and has experience.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

I would recommend thinking about what goal you are trying to accomplish and let me or another real estate agent help you with that goal. When do you need to sell by? When do you need to move in by?
