Buyers, I assist with lending, grants/programs setting up home and termite inspections negotiating repairs diligently work with title till closing. sellers, recommend fair value price based on current market sales, assist with staging & curb appeal,negotiate offers for best price.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have my realestate license that I am required to renew every 2 years along with continuing education.
