Introduction

SERVICE is the word. I started in real estate in 2005 because when I sold my home, I noticed a lack of service in the industry. Being the problem-solver I am, I decided that I wanted to offer a different type of real estate experience. An experience that would give 5-star service to my clients and offer them my skill-sets in negotiation and business. I translate this to my agents. It's all about good service and follow-up. Regardless of the price of the home, I give the same level of service to ALL clients because I am your advocate.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Each real estate purchase or sale is different and requires a different approach this is why I don't have set pricing. Pricing is a conversation that both of us will have to figure out the best way to market your property if you are selling, and if you are buying then I will explain to you the value add that I have and we will discuss pricing and what's the best fit.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Working with a new customer entails having a detailed conversation on your needs, this could be through a listing appointment if you're selling a property, or a buying appointment if you are purchasing your next home or investment.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I've been in real estate for over 17 years. I have served on Houston Association of Realtor's committees and have been named a five-star realtor multiple years in a row. My background prior to real estate was in the finance industry and I have education in the pre-law realm.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started in real estate because when I sold my first home I realized that there was a need for a service-minded individual in the industry. It taught me that the level of service that I had been used to providing for so many people through the years in the finance industry was something that was lacking in the real estate industry.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with buyers, sellers, banks with REO properties, investors, landlords, tenants, and commercial clients.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

My husband and I flipped our first property in 2019 and it was a very rewarding experience that taught me a lot about investing and construction/remodeling. So when you're getting me you're getting all of that knowledge that I learned through the years about investments and what are important things to think about when buying a home.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

There are many people in this industry that will definitely be happy to work with you as a customer, the important thing to know is what is their background and their knowledge in the industry. They need to be well respected and knowledgeable in what is important when buying a home or selling your home.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Important questions that I think customers should ask any potential real estate professional that they're looking to hire are what sets them apart from other real estate professionals. I would also ask how they handle negotiations.
