What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Whether you’re in the market to buy or sell, I've created an easy streamlined process that focuses on your goals, home criteria and timeline. I work 1:1 with my clients and tailor each experience to make the process as seamless as possible. On our first meeting, I will provide a step by step outline of the real estate process that details what to expect every step of the way. What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

-BA in Finance and double minor in economics and communication -Licensed Real Estate Professional -Member of NAR.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

After graduating college, my career has primarily been in financial planning & analytics.. Helping large companies budget, forecast and look for money saving opportunities and ways to minimize risk. My background has helped me assist my clients in optimizing in their investment goals.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I work with buyers, sellers, renters and investors.. Anyone looking for residential, commercial, land or apartment rentals. If you are looking for real estate outside of DFW, I can connect you to a trusted Real Estate Agent!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Each experience with my clients hold dear to me. I cant compare or call out just one, helping clients find the place they call 'home' is rewarding every time. The length of time it takes to find/sell a home is the clients choice!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Don't go with the cheapest or gimmicky agent.. Interview multiple agents and make sure they are knowledgable and can provide you with a tailored experience.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
