I am a Licensed Real Estate Professional, Member of National Association of Realtors, Utah County Association of Realtors, Code of Ethics Approved Agent. Each year I spend many hours working on continuing education, learning about contract law, negotiations, property management, market trends, and marketing.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started off as an investor, after searching the market high and low for deals I ended up realizing the value I can provide from my analysis, negotiations, contract writing skills. It hit me one day that I should do this professionally and take all the headache out this process for others looking to transact in Real Estate. Since then I have helped many along the way reach their real estate goals. I have helped families find their forever home. I have helped investors find AMAZING returns.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I recently had an investor that was looking to sell his investment property. We visited the home after it had been very well lived in. I was able to show up to the appointment with a cash offer. We were able to get his house under contract right away for much more than this client thought he was going to be able to get. We closed quickly without hiccups and the client was able to make a chunk of change for future investments.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

INTERVIEW YOUR AGENT! From my experience the state of Utah is flooded with Real Estate Agents. However not many of them are the agent you are looking for. Some might not have the skillset to get your offer accepted, or leave your property sold with money on the table that the buyers will be able to keep. That is why I want you to interview me, interview my competition and you will see how I standout compared to other realtors.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Do I have a lender that has given me a pre-qualification letter? Do I have cash reserves to allow this transaction to be possible? What is my credit score? What value do I need to find from my Real Estate Agent? Where is my Real Estate Agent Located?
