Premiere Property Management, LLC serves all of Northern Virginia including Arlington, Alexandria, Loudoun County, Fairfax County, Prince William County and Fauquier County. Premiere Property Management, LLC was started by Real Estate Broker Lesley Salman and agent Erin Peabody. Lesley and Erin have a combined 30 years of experience in real estate. Erin helped to grow one of the top property management companies in DC/NoVA from start to 250 managed properties. The goal of Premiere PM is to use Erin's corporate knowledge of property management and Lesley's extensive experience running a full-scale real estate brokerage to create a one-on-one experience for property owners working with a boutique company without the corporate red tape. We love helping people protect one of their most valuable assets through careful screening of tenants - we have less than 1% eviction rate, getting their properties rented quickly to avoid vacancies - average days on market is 17 and keeping their property maintained and in great condition!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

When you contact us, you will have a detailed conversation with one of the owners of our company where we will detail our services and answer any questions you may have. We will then schedule a meeting at your property and put together a rental estimate, management agreement, FAQ and other helpful information for you to review.

NARPM, NAR, VAR, NVAR

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Erin and Lesley have been involved extensively in the Real Estate Industry and have a combined total of over 30 years of experience. We really grew to love the Property Management aspect and wanted to raise the bar on systems and customer service for our property owners.
