Back in 2001, Liz began her career in the industry by working in leasing and property management for an apartment complex. Since then, she has expanded her focus to include real estate sales and property management, eventually opening a brokerage with her husband, Jim. Their business is a family affair, with four of their children also contributing in various capacities. We have worked with a diverse range of clients, with approximately 90% being military personnel relocating due to military moves. Often, our clients are not local at intake, so we accommodate them by making our entire owner process 100% over the phone and online. Many of our clients are first-time landlords seeking knowledge and understanding. All our property owners benefit from direct deposit and owner portals, allowing them to see up-to-the-minute details about their property status and information. For our buyer clients, we facilitate purchases through live video walkthroughs and digital contracts, providing full assistance. Sellers receive full-service representation every step of the way, whether they are local or out of the area. For out-of-town sellers and property management clients, as long as you can provide us with keys and sign online, we handle the rest. If you are local, we are happy to meet with you and guide you through the process.
