What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We are master negotiators and work tirelessly to ensure that our client gets the best deal possible. Whether it is getting the highest possible price when selling of your home, or getting the lowest possible price when buying a home.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

The first thing we like to do is sit down with each new client and get to know them and find out what their needs are and what is most important to them. We also like them to get to know us and how we like to work best for our clients.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Joe Kiser has his Managing Brokers License. Both Joe and Jason are licensed REALTORS. We are both Certified Buyer Representation Specialists, Certified Seller Marketing Specialists, and are President Elite award winners.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Joe Kiser worked in the auto industry for over a decade. He was an award winning salesman and sales manager. He worked his way up to finance manager for Acura. Jason Fox was a top producing salesman before turning to real estate marketing and helping thousands of real estate professionals with their digital marketing strategies.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have assisted just about every type of real estate client. First time home buyers, investors, retirees, down-sizer's, up sizer's, luxury properties, relocators, estate sales and auction sales.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently helped a couple buy their first home. They did not have great credit or any money to work with. They both had good paying jobs and a desire to buy their first home. After spending weeks looking for the perfect house we found it and were able to negotiate a Zero Dollars Out Of Pocket deal that fit into their price range. Along the way the seller put on a brand new roof and completely re-furbished the crawl space.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure that the agent that you are going to work really understands the area. Both Joe and Jason were born in Snohomish County and have lived there almost all of their lives. There are many new projects coming to Lynnwood, Shoreline, Everett and Marysville that will affect the value of property in the next few years.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

The first thing that a home buyer should do is talk to a Mortgage Broker, we have a broker on our team that we trust to do our own parents loans, and he has! Sellers need to be careful about pricing. There is so much information out there and most of it is just not that accurate. Make sure that your selling agent understands how to prepare a CMA that accounts for all the variables like neighborhood and seasonality.
