What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We have progressive commission packages that are very lucrative. Call us for details. We offer complimentary home staging, move out cleaning, yard clean up for market preparation/presentation...and also professional 3D photography to attract more qualified buyers.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We offer an in home free valuation/consult to discuss with what is expected or what to expect in order to be able to meet the customers’ needs, as we will be working as a team. We walk them through the process and help them even after the transaction is done.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Steve is a former CPA from a large National Accounting firm and/ with a background in business law. Meriam is a former Nurse Consultant and a former owner of a healthcare referral service. Both have extensive experience in marketing and negotiation skills that would give you a competitive edge in this ever changing real estate market ( get you ahead of your competition).

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We have history of real estate investing, of buying and selling real estate properties since 1990’s. We are passionate about what we do and thrive in the opportunity to help other people reach or attain their real estate goals.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We helped a family to get top dollar for their home. The family interviewed 3 other realtors before us and those realtors told this family that the property would only sell for 50K less than what we listed it for. We came, we saw the vision that we can get this family more. We listed the home and SOLD for 26K more than the listed price.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would look at the depth of experience and knowledge in marketing and negotiation skills and the background. Ask the provider a lot of questions like, “what are you going to do differently to give my property national exposure?’..
