We are commission only. We only make money if your making money!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We will view the property and review any leases. We can start same day.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have been providing property management for over 9 years. We specialize in high demand / turnover short term vacation rentals. We however can manage all types of rentals.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

The owner owns 17 rentals and started providing service for other owners.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with all big to small properties.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We work closely with professionals that perform contracting, updating, remodeling, designing and everything needed to have a quality top notch condition rental. Waterfront and unique properties are our favorite to work with.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure they are a licensed real Estate Firm! In Washington State you not only need a managing broker license but a real estate firm license to manage other owners real property!

Our business model is the most flexible to maximise rents! We handle all types and size rentals.
