We are a small, very personal office, that takes pride in the homes we manage. Very hands on property management company, where we do our best to treat your investments as we would, and do, our own.
With the same people in the office for over 20 years, you have consistency in your great care.
We keep YOUR cost down as we have no employees, all of our maintenance and other services are all done by sub contractors, all are required to be licensed and bonded by the State of Washington. By using sub-contractors we can get the lowest cost, and best service for our clients.
Our inventory is around 75 homes. Most within 45 minutes of our office, so we can do quick drive by inspections, easy short notice showings. We keep our costs low, so we can pass the savings onto you.
The best thing we enjoy, is keeping your investment profitable. with good screening, high quality tenants, and good, quick repairs and upkeep. It is great to have a both happy owners and happy tenants.
