What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

It is so important to begin by building an authentic relationship based on mutual trust. If you're going to entrust me with one of the biggest financial transactions of your life, I want us to have a solid foundation for our relationship.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I've had a long career of successfully dealing with all types of people in all types of circumstances both in Real Estate and in prior careers. Even before jumping into Real Estate directly, I've had direct exposure to all types of Real Estate transactions at every price point via the very successful home staging business we own. Through that I've learned what it takes to sell a property at any price point!

What types of customers have you worked with?

I've worked with everyone from First time home buyers to people who have sold multiple homes. My goal is to ensure that, no matter who the client is, the transaction goes as smoothly as possible!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

One of my recent clients was a young couple that was relocating to Washington State from California. They had only visited Washington once. We put a plan together to make the most of their home finding trip and spent the better part of 3 days looking at homes and had a blast in doing so. We put in an offer on the day they were flying back to California which was accepted by the time they touched down! Now they're super happy in they're new home with lake views!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Above all else - make sure you find a Realtor you connect with and trust! Home buying or selling can be a roller coaster and you want to feel comfortable that you're always in lock step with your Realtor every step of the way

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Prospective clients should put some thought into what their goals are and compile a list of must-haves and nice-to-haves.
