1)Nothing complicated about the costs: All Buyers are FREE. 2)Cost of selling a house is 8.5%. That cost involves 2 sides of the transaction meaning buyer Realtor and Selling Realtor totals are 6%. The other costs in the 8.5% are WA excise tax (1.78%) and your closing costs. (approx.74%)

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Interview, explain real estate buying and selling, my philosophy and plans for buying and/or selling real estate. If it is a Seller it is much more detailed.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

32 years in athletics, one year of playing golf during retirement for which I never improved, so wife told me to find a "job". Now with real estate 16 years.
