Introduction

Have you ever looked at your life and thought, "This isn't how I pictured it"? I love helping people who are ready to dig into what's really holding them back. I am a licensed psychotherapist (LCSW) and I use a trauma healing modality called EMDR, along with working on creating sustainable behavior change. Life's patterns – whether it's constantly checking your phone, turning to social media, gaming, porn, or food when stressed, or repeating relationship dynamics you swore you'd never repeat – can feel like quicksand. Together, we'll tackle your specific challenges, whether that's depression that won't lift, anxiety that keeps you up at night, or trauma that still affects your daily choices. Think of me as your co-navigator in this journey – I bring the expertise, but you know your terrain best. Whether you're trying to rebuild trust, kick a habit that's overstayed its welcome, or find your footing after a major change, we'll develop practical strategies that fit into your real life. Here's the thing about making changes – the perfect time doesn't exist, but the right time is when you decide enough is enough. If you're still reading this, part of you is ready for something different. Reach out to me and let's have an honest conversation about what's going on and how we might tackle it together.

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
Please be advised that my practice is fully virtual and I am only licensed to work with clients living in Florida at this time.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
My focus on trauma, men's mental health, and addiction gives me a unique lens on how individuals experience and process deep emotional challenges. Whether you’re struggling with substance misuse, relationship issues, or finding your footing after a major life event, I offer targeted support grounded in both empathy and evidence-based practices. Our sessions will be more than just conversations—they will be dynamic working sessions designed to help you lay the foundation for lasting change.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
In addition to being a licensed clinical social worker, I have recently become credentialed as a Master's level certified addiction professional (MCAP), the highest addiction credential available in Florida. I am also trained in DBT and EMDR (eye movement desensitization reprocessing), a method of healing from past trauma by accessing the two sides of the brain. I am currently studying the neuroscience of how personality and behavior change occurs in people by rewiring the synaptic connections of the brain through engaging in new patterns of thinking and feeling.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
My journey to becoming a therapist began with a personal search for fulfillment. While running a successful real estate business, I realized that my own anxiety and old habits were still keeping me miserable. This realization led me to explore various healing practices, which transformed my life and sparked a passion for therapeutic work. I know firsthand that change is not just possible—it’s achievable with the right support. Now, I help my clients break through their own barriers to find lasting emotional well-being. Whether facing trauma, addiction, or life transitions, I’m here to guide others toward deeper fulfillment and lasting happiness. Your journey is unique, and together we can create a path to healing.
