My pricing are very competitive and i always try to work with my clients budget.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

represent seller-first we talk on the phone just to understand their needs then we will meet at their house so i can evaluate the property and runs some reports for them, then we usually signs some paperwork so i can represent them and the process begins. represent buyer- I arrange a meeting so i understand what kind of property they are looking for, we sign paperwork so i can represent them through the process and then i start my search and email them to review and arrange showing on their schedule.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I was doing construction for many years and i had the pleasure working with first time buyers and other for remodeling their home and i thought that will be a great experience if i can help clients buy their forever home and advise them about remodeling or issues with structure.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I had a pleasure to find a family friend their forever home, it took about 60 days.

I always say first impression is the best impression.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

if they on the buying market need to makes sure to talk to lender and figure a set budget which is realistic for them. if on the selling side they need to understand that its not a simple task to sell a home and that the realtor will do his best but need their full support and cooperation.
