What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our fees are 10% of the gross monthly rent as well as 20% of the first full months rent for Tenant acquisitions.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Right out of college, I had a great opportunity to learn directly from a very experienced Broker who had lots of experience in sales and management, and I couldn't pass it up.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with properties and clients all over the spectrum, from Section 8 properties to multi-million dollar luxury homes and condos.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently closed on a beautiful home on another island for a client. It was a challenging sale as the deal was almost lost after the first round of negotiations but we were able to use some creativity to close the deal and make sure our clients got what they wanted for their family.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I always recommend using experienced licensed companies that have medium sized management portfolios. You don't want to be a small fish in a huge pond as attention to your property can be less than others.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

1. Do we want more money or a quick turnover? Given more time we can increase the rental rate by as much as 25% but need time to do so. 2. Pets or no pets? Properties that allow pets tend to get more money as well as rent faster. 3. Is my property up-to-date? Will I need repairs and/or a renovation?
