Introduction

Over the last 18 years, I’ve honed my skills and expertise working with single-family and multi-family homeowners. I have four nationally recognized designations, including SRS (Sellers Representative Specialist), of which I am one of two in Queens, NY. I also hold the PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor), ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative), and SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) designations. The steps to selling a home are usually the same from start to finish. Rather than taking a cookie-cutter approach, I customize every element of the process based on your needs. The most important thing, from the beginning, is to listen to you – your timeline, your fears and concerns, your goals – and how to achieve the perfect combination of communication, marketing, and negotiations – to sell your home with the best possible outcome. If you’re thinking about selling, please include me among the agents you interview for the job of selling your home. You can call, email or text me directly. I look forward to speaking with you!

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
My commission includes every service that I provide - competitive analysis to price your home correctly. Assistance in preparing for professional photography, videography, virtual tour, 3D tour, professional floor plan, custom signage, weekly reports, social media and internet marketing, open houses with gifts for attendees and so much more.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
We begin with a phone call so that I can confirm the current details of your home. Then we set an appointment to meet at your home and discuss the condition, upgrades and your questions and concerns. We decide if this is the right time to list your home for sale and proceed from there.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I started my career in real estate in April, 2004 and have worked at large brokerages as well as owning my own brokerages, training hundreds of agents over the last 18 years. I have earned four nationally recognized designations from the National Association of Realtors, including SRS (Sellers Representative Specialist), of which I am one of two in Queens, NY. I also hold the PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor), ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative) and SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) designations.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
Over the last 18 years, I have helped sellers, buyers, renters, landlords, and commercial property owners. For home sellers, I work with folks who've had their homes anywhere from 5 to 50+ years and help guide them through the process, so that it is a smooth and stress-free experience. I also help families where the homeowner has passed away and now the property must be sold. Many times, this involves members who are out of state and I communicate via video and handle all the elements of the sale locally on their behalf.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
The most important element in working with a real estate agent is to be comfortable with them and trust them. This is one of the largest financial transactions of your life and there are endless potential hiccups along the way. You want to feel confident that you're in good hands with someone who has the experience to best represent you.
