Southern Dreams Realty offers $99 flat fee property management. You never pay renewal fees or any upcharges on maintenance. Have 10 or more rental properties? Take advantage of our Investor's Special and only pay $75 a month per property.
Vacation Management is a full time job marketing the property, answering inquiries, accepting booking, utilizing different booking channels, turning the property, maintaining and monitoring guests. Let Southern Dreams Realty handle all your vacation management needs for only a 20% management fee.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Southern Dreams Realty will get in touch with a new customer to first discuss their needs and answer any questions they might have about our services. We will schedule a time to come out to the property to walk through and discuss any needs of the client or the property. Southern Dreams Realty will calculate a suggested price for the property based on a market analysis of similar properties in the area. Once a price is agreed upon, paperwork is sent to the client to electronically sign and Southern Dreams Realty goes to work on marketing the property and find the a qualified tenant or buyer for the home.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of Southern Dreams Realty's real estate agents and property managers are SC licensed real estate agents. You can feel confident that your property is being handled by a professional who not was educated in real estate and property management, but also maintains that license with continuing education and additional courses to stay up to date on any changes to laws and regulations.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Southern Dreams Realty started because there was a need for a great local real estate and property management company that was affordable. We wanted to provide our clients the highest standard of work ethic and believe in the Golden Rule. All our services are provided with complete transparency and the highest standard of ethics with emphasis on great communication.

Southern Dreams Realty works with a wide variety of clients. We help buyers and investors find and purchase homes. We help homeowners and investors rent their homes, whether they are looking for a long term tenant or vacation guests. We also help sellers and investors sell their homes quickly while still receiving the highest return on their property possible.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Southern Dreams Realty has been busy with new projects. We recently help an investor who purchased a 20 unit small community of patio homes to completely renovate the properties and the community itself while renting and managing all units. We have also been working with investors on decorating and completing their homes to ensure the highest returns on their vacation homes.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When looking for a professional, be sure to ask lots of questions. What do their services include and are their additional fees for any of those services? If you are looking for property management services, ask about their current software. The software that is used can make a huge difference for the owner and how easy it is for them to review reports and receive needed information on their property. Most importantly, you want to ensure you hire someone who is willing to listen to your needs and communicate solutions. You want someone who is experienced and knowledgeable about the area. Ask them how they advertise and where they advertise. Do they have professional pictures taken? Listing a property, whether for rent or sale, is the easy part, you want to know that you have chosen someone who will work hard to advertise, answer inquires, shows the property and communicates with you. This is an important partnership and you will want someone who is working hard for you!
