What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We find out some information about your property to do some research. We often go to our clients' property to conduct an assessment during which we will present our management proposal.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We are licensed professional property managers with real estate licenses, members of NARPM and the Utah Association of Realtors. We work with residential properties, multi-family, condos, apartments, HOAs, vacation rentals, and commercial properties.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We got started with our own interests in investing and real estate. We really enjoy helping people in a capacity that requires a trusted partner to protect an manage their large assets.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Residential property owners, student housing, HOA boards, vacation rental owners and commercial properties for leasing and management.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Helping residential property owners solve vexing tenant related issues and create a plan to maximize the return of their property.

Make sure that you work with someone that you can reach when needed and trust.

What are my goals that I would like to achieve and what services are going to help get me there.
